You want to help shape, take on responsibility and further develop our pension offers? Then you are in the right place with us. In our Digitalization & Projects Assets, Trading & Pension team, you will take on technical responsibility for our pension solutions and products. Together with our specialist departments and partners, you will further develop digital offers and customer-oriented processes and drive new ideas forward from the basis for decision-making to implementation.

• Technical responsibility for our pension solutions and products as well as their maintenance and further development in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments.
• Further development of our digital pension solution and the self-service offer as well as optimization of the associated advisory and processing processes.
• Analysis of customer needs, trends and market developments as well as derivation of concrete recommendations for action for our pension offers.
• Definition of functional and technical requirements, accompaniment of the implementation and execution of functional tests taking into account regulatory requirements and technical dependencies.
• Responsibility for smaller projects as well as accompaniment or management of sub-projects.
• Preparation of well-founded decision documents and presentations for project steering committees and the executive management.
• Creation of content and coordination of communication measures, especially the pension magazine, as well as support for the marketing of our pension offers.
• Development of tools and training content for our customer advisors as well as support for specialist support in demanding questions.
• Cooperation in ongoing specialist support through regular assignments on the customer advisor hotline as well as processing of service tickets in Jira.
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners as well as accompaniment of the timely implementation of measures from audits and reviews.

What you bring with you

• Experience in the financial industry as well as in product management or in the further development of banking products and processes; knowledge in the pension business is an advantage.
• Completed subject-specific higher education or further training at a FH or university, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong IT affinity and enjoyment in the design of digital solutions and customer-oriented processes.
• Interest in taking on responsibility in projects and undertakings; initial experience in the coordination or management of projects or sub-projects is an advantage.
• Structured and networked way of thinking as well as the ability to prepare complex topics understandably and appropriately for the target group and to develop pragmatic solutions.
• Independent, self-responsible and quality-conscious way of working, combined with initiative and implementation strength.
• Clear communication and enjoyment of working in a versatile team as well as with different internal and external contact persons.
• Readiness to familiarize yourself with further topics related to assets and trading if necessary and to support the team.
