Sales Representative (m/f/d) Inside Sales

What awaits you Sales: The proactive support of our industrial customers in Switzerland regarding commercial, logistical, or technical questions via telephone, email, or sometimes also in person is one of your main tasks. Order Management: You are responsible for our order processing – from the calculation of the sales price, through the creation of the offer to the successful conclusion. Teamwork: You support the field service colleagues of our Switzerland site and, furthermore, work closely with the various specialist departments (e.g., purchasing, technology, and logistics) of Würth Industrie Service in Bad Mergentheim. Controlling: Using CRM & ERP systems, you document and track sales opportunities in order to identify potentials among our customers. What you bring with you Expertise: With a completed commercial vocational training or a degree related to the area of responsibility, you are just right! Experience: You have initial experience in inside sales, also gerne within the framework of relevant internships. Most decisive for us are above all your motivation and your enthusiasm for sales. Competencies: You have a high customer and service orientation, are characterized by a careful and independent way of working, and possess communication and organizational skills.
