Thanks to a responsible approach, modern technologies, and recognized expertise, we master the art of blending and bottling to offer wines of excellence, faithful to the identity of La Côte. ### Packaging Team Leader 100% position Reporting to the production manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of the packaging and the bottling/labeling lines of our production chain. Team Management Ensure close operational supervision of the 8 packaging operators. Manage schedules, absences, training, and skill development. Ensure the framework and daily support of employees on the ground. Replace operators on the line if necessary (filler, labeler, cartoner, palletizer, ...) Production Steering Master the operation of a large packaging or bottling line. Prepare and organize production according to the defined schedule. Supervise bottling and labeling operations, organize format changes, manage rhythms and deadlines. In coordination with the buyer, guarantee the availability of dry materials necessary for the smooth running of the production schedule, anticipate needs and shortages, and implement computerized stock management to ensure their monitoring and reliability. Anticipate problems likely to disrupt production. Guarantee the achievement of production, quality, and yield objectives. Continuous Improvement and Maintenance Ensure first-level maintenance of equipment by the operators. Identify machine malfunctions and implement corrective actions with maintenance. Actively participate in continuous improvement projects by applying Lean Management principles. Create, update, and control the application of production procedures and nomenclatures. Quality, Hygiene, Safety and Environment Organize and monitor the cleaning and disinfection operations of the facilities. Guarantee compliance with QHSE standards by all employees with current good practices and procedures. Your profile Technical training and proven experience on a packaging line in the agri-food sector. Successful experience in team management, good communication skills. Reliable and available with good resistance to stress. Solution-oriented, proactive, strong ability to take initiatives to solve problems. Forklift license a plus. Knowledge of hygiene, quality, and safety standards (FSSC 22000). Good computer skills. We offer you A varied activity combining management, technique, and continuous improvement.
