Team Lead Safety / Testing Sicherungsanlagen

The position is responsible for the functional and disciplinary leadership of a team in the area of safety-critical interlocking systems in the railway environment.

Tasks

• Leadership, promotion and motivation of the team according to corporate strategy
• Support of the department head in strategic and operational matters
• Support of the project managers with complex technical issues
• Participation in acquisition and proposal preparation for projects
• Ensuring compliance with technical standards and norms
• Active technical collaboration within the team and in projects
• Representation of team interests towards management and stakeholders

Profile

• Degree or comparable training in electrical engineering, computer science or systems engineering
• Several years of experience with safety-critical systems, preferably in the railway environment
• Leadership experience in managing technical teams
• Knowledge of PLC, networks, system architectures and interface management
• Knowledge of CENELEC standards (EN 50126, EN 50129, EN 50716/50128) is an advantage
• Very good German skills (C1), good English skills
