To strengthen our Diagnostik business area, we are looking for a winning and implementation-strong personality as Senior Expert:in Assessment & Management Diagnostik In this function, you will carry out demanding assessments, potential analyses, and management diagnostic mandates at the specialist, leadership, senior, and executive levels. You will conduct structured interviews and observations, create reports, and present results to customers, candidates, and internal mandate managers. Additionally, you will cultivate customer relationships, identify potential, develop business opportunities, and ideally bring your own network. You will develop offers, processes, and quality standards and actively think about digital developments and AI applications. Occasionally, you will take on a deputy role of the Head of Management Diagnostik for technical, customer-, and offer-related questions. You will independently support selected key customers and ensure professional implementation, quality assurance, and result presentation. We are addressing a personality with a Master's degree in Psychology or an equally recognized degree. Further diagnostic, coaching, or consulting training as well as a doctorate are an advantage. You bring founded experience in aptitude diagnostics, assessment, management diagnostics, coaching, or HR consulting, have a secure diagnostic judgment, and convince through sovereign appearance, style-secure communication, sales affinity, and structured working methods. We require very good German and English language skills; knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage. The place of work is mainly Lucerne with deployments in Aarau, Bern, Basel, Zug, and Zurich as well as at customers on site.
