Your area of responsibility:
Supporting and advising customers via telephone and e-mail
Addressing individual needs and finding suitable solutions
Competent, friendly and reliable answering of inquiries
Ensuring a high service quality and ensuring positive experiences
Maintaining existing relationships and contributing to long-term customer satisfaction
Close cooperation with internal departments and supporting various concerns

Your profile:
A completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or a comparable qualification
Experience in the area of responsibility desired
Very good German skills (level C2) as well as good to very good French and/or Italian skills, English skills are an advantage.
Enjoyment of dealing with people and a service-oriented activity
Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly appearance
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
