What you can achieve with us You bring in ideas, take responsibility, and ensure that our customers or their legal representatives receive timely clarification on whether they are entitled to the legally stipulated benefits in kind (medical measures, aids) and the disability compensation. In exchange with our customers and internal and external partners, you comprehensively advise this group of people on topics from your area of responsibility. You work in a motivated team, but after your induction, you are responsible for a final customer base. You work in one of the two benefits in kind teams with a total of 21 people. What skills are important to us You have successfully completed a commercial or comparable EFZ education. Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in the (social) insurance sector with a focus on benefits in kind and have further educated yourself in this field. You have a fondness for medical terminology combined with legal aspects. You enjoy working in a team, but also take on tasks independently. Thanks to your quick grasp, you immediately recognize what matters and have fun using the discretion to make decisions in the interest of our customers. Your empathetic and appreciative interaction with each other and with our customers, as well as your service-oriented and communicative nature, round out your profile. We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so active knowledge of the respective other language is a plus.
