Supervisor NDT-Services

In this role, you will lead a team for non-destructive testing in the aviation industry and be responsible for the quality of the testing processes for aircraft parts.

Tasks

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the NDT team
• Ensuring resource and capacity planning within the area of responsibility
• Ensuring compliance with testing and process specifications, coordination of external service providers
• Creation of testing instructions, test reports, error documentation, and quality reports
• Participation in internal and external audits, definition and tracking of corrective measures
• Performance of non-destructive testing on aircraft parts in production and maintenance

Profile

• Completed basic vocational training, e.g., plant and apparatus builder or polymechanic
• Qualification in UT and RT Level 2 according to EN 4179, further qualifications in ET, MT or PT an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in non-destructive testing
• In-depth knowledge of testing and manufacturing processes
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Very good German skills, English skills at level B2 an advantage
