Workshop Manager Automotive 80-100% YOUR FIELD OF ACTIVITY • Technical management of the workshop team in the area of automobiles and vans • Perform diagnostic, service, and repair work • Ensure order and structure in the workshop area • Continuously improve work processes • Planning and coordination of daily tasks • Ensuring timely order processing • Supporting employees with technical questions • Accompanying and promoting apprentices YOUR PROFILE • Training as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician EFZ, Automotive Diagnostic Technician, or comparable training is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector • Initial leadership experience is an advantage • Independent and reliable way of working • Responsible and organized personality • Team player and communicative • Good German language skills in speaking and writing
