Operator Laser \& Montage CAY / COM 100% Your area of responsibility Responsibility for the autonomous operation and maintenance of the laser marking system Ensuring a smooth, efficient, and qualitatively flawless production process Setting up, preparing, operating, and monitoring the automated system Professional clamping and handling of workpieces Execution of series and small series production Laser processing of metals and plastics taking material behavior into account Creation and adaptation of marking programs Working with CAD\-data (DXF, STEP) as well as implementation of layouts and positionings First\-level\-support in case of technical deviations or malfunctions at the system Flexible deployment as a floater between laser processing and assembly Precise assembly of miniature connectors with increased requirements Independent reading and implementation of work documents as well as technical drawings Providing material, work documents, tools, and fixtures Execution of inspections according to specifications as well as final inspection, QA acceptance, and packaging Recording and feedback of production orders in SAP Your profile Completed technical training (e.g., automatiker, polymechaniker, productionsmechaniker or comparable) Experience in an industrial environment Basic knowledge of soft soldering as well as experience in assembly work Very good coordination skills in a dynamic environment High level of independence, reliability, and sense of responsibility Exact, structured, and quality-oriented way of working Resilient, robust personality with a positive and team-oriented attitude Strong communication skills and willingness for cross-departmental cooperation Basic SAP knowledge as well as a fundamental understanding of programming-technical connections (e.g., CAD applications) is an advantage Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are a plus Flexibility as well as willingness to work overtime and shifts Why \+SUHNER?
