Lead and manage: as head of the Office des poursuites in Bienne, you assume overall responsibility for technical and personnel management. You ensure the smooth running of procedures and accompany the development of the agency.

Your tasks

• Lead the Bienne agency consisting of 35 female and male employees in terms of organizational, technical, and personnel planning and represent it to the public and partners
• Perform internal control and report to the préposé
• Actively participate in the development of the agency and its staff members
• Handle complex procedures and legal questions
• Plan, lead, and coordinate meetings and projects

Your profile

• Completed training as a specialist in debt collection and bankruptcy with a federal diploma
• Several years of professional experience in the field of debt collection and leadership experience
• Stress resistance, assertive character, and an interdisciplinary approach
• Perfect mastery of oral and written communication with companies or debtor or creditor persons, lawyers, and authorities
• Excellent mastery of German (C2) as well as good mastery of French (minimum level B1)
• Irreproachable reputation (absence of debt collection proceedings)
