Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for demanding building services projects regarding costs, deadlines and quality
• Ensuring economic efficiency, quality and sustainable project success throughout the entire project duration
• Active co-design and further development of customer relationships as well as representation of the company in the market
• Overall technical coordination of all involved trades
• Leadership, management and further development of interdisciplinary project teams
• Competent contact person at eye level for clients, planners, partners and contractors

What you bring

• Several years of experience in managing complex building services projects
• Broad technical understanding, for example in HLKS, general planning, construction management or engineering
• Experience in cross-trade coordination of large projects as well as in project management
• High social competence, entrepreneurial thinking and confident appearance towards customers and teams
• Good market anchoring as well as access to relevant customers, partners and decision-makers
• Understanding of digital planning and BIM is an advantage
