Sales Consultant (m/f) Telecommunications 100%

For our client, we are looking for one or more Sales Consultant (Multimedia / Telecommunications / Consumer Electronics) 100% for the Basel Stadt location, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility:

• Advice and sale of services in the entire portfolio
• Assistance with store design and product presentation
• Enthuse customers and ensure best customer satisfaction
• Completion of special orders according to the instructions of the shop manager
• Operating the cash register

We expect:

• Completed apprenticeship as a Salesperson / Retail Specialist or comparable / Certificate of Proficiency / EFZ / EBA, but career changers are also welcome
• Experience in telecommunications / multimedia / consumer electronics
• Experience in customer care
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• Very good German skills
• Confident appearance
• Technical affinity
• High customer orientation

• Upon hiring, an extract from the criminal record must be presented, which is no older than 3 months and without entries
