Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% | The contribution you can make * Further develop guidelines on building automation and holistic automation systems as well as ensure their concrete implementation in new construction and renovation projects * Coordinate and support system integration specialists and external BA specialist designers as well as guarantee the quality of systems, specifications, and functional descriptions * Support projects in all stages of the life cycle (strategy, design, planning, procurement, commissioning, integrated testing, and final testing) * Act as the central technical point of contact between project management, real estate management, works management, facility management, the IT sector, as well as external partners * Contribute your expertise to strategic themes, specialist bodies, and working groups, develop standards and instructions, as well as provide advice to internal services regarding complex BA matters What distinguishes you * Tertiary-level education in a technical field or tertiary-level education in building automation, construction technology, electrical engineering, or with an equivalent technical focus * Several years of professional experience in building automation, construction technology, or in the planning and implementation of entire construction technology projects * In-depth knowledge of building automation systems, system integration, commissioning, as well as relevant norms and standards * Experience in the technical direction and management of project partners and external specialist designers; strong communication and negotiation skills * Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as characterized by great attention to quality; knowledge at a strategic level * Active knowledge of a second official language In summary Contribute actively to the future of our buildings!
