Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/DNII 80-100% Your tasks • Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team for 36 care guests and 13 apartments with Spitex services • Co-responsibility in the recruitment of new employees • Planning and leading of team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports • Responsible for the organization of ward processes, implementation of work processes • Leadership and management of nursing reports, professional nursing discussions, and semester reporting • Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal concepts • Active collaboration in the further development of the nursing services in the facility • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking on tasks as daily responsibility and reference person for nursing • Taking on tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus contributing to the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage • Enjoyment in achieving common goals in a small house with close interdisciplinary cooperation • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
