Our client is a successful Swiss industrial company with its own development and production. The company supplies customers domestically and abroad and stands for innovative products, high quality standards, and sustainable solutions. Do you want to not only analyze numbers but actively influence how a production company is economically steered? In this role, you will work closely with the finance management and take over the further development of the existing cost accounting, calculation, and ERP logic. You will bring structure to a grown environment, specifically develop existing approaches, and ensure that numbers, processes, and systems work together meaningfully. The focus is not on theoretical concepts, but on pragmatic solutions with real added value for production, management, and corporate steering. Controller (a) 80-100% Your tasks • Further development of cost accounting as well as the construction and optimization of product calculations • Analysis of manufacturing costs, efficiency, margins, and production key figures • Ensuring transparent and consistent data and system logics in the ERP • Construction and further development of meaningful production and margin reporting • Close cooperation with production, sales, development, and management to develop practical solutions • Sparring partner of the finance management for operational, conceptual, and strategic questions • Support in the area of financial accounting during absences Your profile • Commercial basic training with advanced training in controlling (HF, FH, federal diploma, or comparable) • Several years of experience in an industrial or production environment in a comparable function • Practical experience in cost accounting, calculation, and production-related controlling • Ability to pragmatically understand business relationships and translate them into operational solutions • Solid understanding of financial accounting as well as the connections between balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow • High ERP and IT affinity as well as a good understanding of processes and data flows • Analytical, structured, and pragmatic way of working with a hands-on mentality • Ability to communicate appropriately to the target group and work at eye level with different interfaces Interested?
