This task includes ensuring cleanliness and value preservation throughout the house, controlling the rooms as well as the public areas, and coordinating all housekeeping tasks that arise. You are responsible for instructing employees, you support through ongoing training, and thus ensure guest satisfaction.

You have successfully completed training as a Hotel Specialist EFZ or Specialist in Housekeeping, speak German, are service-oriented, and work calmly and efficiently even under time and work pressure. You show a high awareness of cleanliness and order, are reliable, and enjoy working in a team. If you have also attended the vocational trainer course and bring professional experience in a similar position, this is an advantage. We expect a well-groomed, friendly, and courteous appearance. Foreign languages are an additional plus in dealing with our employees and guests.
