For our client we are looking for a Advisor Customer Service Center Banking Services 100% Requirements: - Language skill DE potentially 1 profile with DE & FR combined • Language skills very good in spoken & written • Possible work locations: Zürich Flughafen (Circle) or St. Gallen (Raiffeisenplatz) • ATTENTION: no HomeOffice possible • commercial training is a great advantage • banking experience and/or Contact Center • Cross-selling experience is an advantage • mastery of common IT tools (Office suite) as well as familiar with new technologies • Start date as soon as possible – but at the latest beginning of August • With a strong customer orientation and initiative you are flexible and agile to support and advise customers in various banking topics Activities: • Answering telephone customer inquiries from German-speaking Switzerland as well as addressing indicated sales potential (especially appointments with customer advisors at the affiliated banks) • Where necessary, record topics and forward them to the bank's customer advisors (by telephone or via telephone note) Specific notes: E- assignment period: 4 months (Aug. - end of Nov.) with option until end of December 2026 from MO-FR 08.00-17.00h plus respectively short preparation time of 10min daily Contact: Mail: gjelbrim.sadiku@tempobrain.ch
