With your globally unique technology, you recover valuable metals and minerals from incineration slag that would otherwise simply end up in a landfill. This saves tons of CO2 and protects our environment.   Job Description ### • Shift Management: You lead the shift, coordinate the team, and lend a hand wherever needed. • Plant Control: You operate and control our modern processing plant directly on site and ensure smooth operation. • Maintenance & Repair: You perform service and maintenance work on the plant independently, ensuring that everything runs technically flawlessly. • Logistics: You keep an eye on delivery and pickup and ensure the correct handling of the recovered valuable materials. • Co-Design: As a pioneer in the first plant, you pass on your practical experience to make our future locations even better. • Work Model: You work in a 3-shift operation.   We Expect ### • Experience: You bring several years of professional experience from the industry, ideally from the areas of recycling, gravel processing, or production. • Leadership Competence: Leading employees within your shift is central to you; you already have corresponding leadership experience and can motivate a team. • Craftsmanship & Technology: You are skilled in craftsmanship and your technical understanding as well as your safe handling of machines distinguish you. • Personality: You are absolutely reliable, maintain a respectful interaction, and have the courage to address problems openly and directly. • Language Skills: You communicate safely and clearly in German.   We Offer ### We offer you a crisis-proof job with a sense of purpose in a collegial team.
