Generalist Estimator (m/f/d), Crissier/Fribourg Our general contracting department managing the cantons of Vaud and Fribourg is looking for a Generalist Construction Economist. Missions • Analyze the client's specifications (private or public). • Study and propose technical and economic variants. • Establish measurements according to plans or BIM models. • Calculate all trades, prepare offers. • Consult and supervise mandates for the preparation of estimates. • Participate in coordination meetings and technical choice validation. • Write technical descriptions and methodology. • Transmit technical and contractual elements. • Collaborate with Site Managers and/or Project Managers • Update the price library and ensure technical and regulatory monitoring You bring • Training as a construction economist or equivalent qualification. • Several years of experience in the construction field. • Solid TCE (all trades) experience on large-scale projects. • Good mastery of IT tools including ATTIC+. • Proven experience in multi-technical collaboration. • Rigor, precision, strong organization. • Good analytical and thinking skills.
