IT System Administrator and Application Manager (f/m/d)

Your new tasks

• Responsibility for the operation and continuous further development of the IT system landscape
• Support, optimization and expansion of IT tools, applications and interfaces
• Coordination and assignment of tasks to external IT partners across all support levels as well as ensuring 2nd-level support
• Management and implementation of IT and organizational projects
• Creation and maintenance of process, system and IT documentation
• Support and training of employees in the use of IT systems
• Close cooperation with the specialist departments as well as acting as a link between business, IT and external partners
• Management of IT hardware and the associated infrastructure

What you bring with you

• Completed training in computer science or business informatics, for example as InformatikerIn EFZ, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally as an Application Manager or in a comparable function, preferably in an SME or production company
• Experience in dealing with ERP systems as well as a good understanding of applications, interfaces, data flows and operational processes
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, network technologies and server administration
• Knowledge of CRM, production or infrastructure processes is an advantage
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong sense of responsibility as well as a service-oriented hands-on mentality
• Ability to convey technical contexts in an understandable way, combined with a patient and user-oriented demeanor
• Native German or French with good knowledge of the respective other language; English skills are an advantage
