What the company offers • A responsible key position with great scope for design • A versatile activity for two established SMEs • Modern tools, systems, and contemporary working conditions • A collegial and committed team • Attractive development and further training opportunities • A modern, approximately 5000 m² large plant • An internationally oriented corporate environment • Short decision-making paths and close cooperation with the management • The opportunity to actively further develop and sustainably shape financial processes Our client wishes • A completed higher business administration education at HF, FH level or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting • Sound knowledge in controlling, cost accounting, and payroll accounting • Very good ERP knowledge as well as practical experience with Abacus • An upright personality with a high sense of responsibility • An exact, structured, and independent way of working • Flexibility, initiative, and enjoyment in the further development of processes • Good English skills in spoken and written form are an advantage What awaits you • Overall responsibility for budgeting, financial planning, annual accounts, and liquidity planning of two SMEs • Management of the complete financial accounting including international VAT settlements • Responsibility for payroll including social insurances • Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements • Establishment, implementation, and further development of project and business controlling together with the specialist departments • Responsibility for all controlling and insurance matters • Development and implementation of the financial corporate strategy in close cooperation with the respective managements • Optimization and digitalization of existing financial processes • Creation of meaningful evaluations and decision-making bases • A central function with direct influence on the future development of the companies Ready for your next career step?
