In short, we always keep in mind that our final client is the human being behind their machine To support its development, Evolutis SA is looking for a senior systems engineer Your tasks: Conduct and manage installation or optimization projects for IT systems Perform maintenance interventions on Clients' IT systems Follow up on requests and incidents reported by the level 1 Hotline, until their closure Ensure client satisfaction, paying particular attention to compliance with service commitments Your technical knowledge: VMWare, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, RDS, Exchange, Veeam Network: Switch, VLAN, Firewall Sophos / Fortinet, VPN Your profile: CFC IT specialist training or equivalent qualification More than 3 years of experience in IT system management in an IT services company or in a demanding business sector Experience in independently managing installation and optimization projects for IT systems Expert analysis skills to delve into and find the causes of malfunctions, and propose the most efficient solution Sense of Client service: professional behavior focused on reactivity, efficiency, interpersonal and writing skills Good presentation and communication Quick-witted, you know how to anticipate, take initiatives and propose improvements Rigorous, you know how to manage your stress and know how to manage priorities You wish to improve yourself and get involved in a developing SME Very good level of English in order to be able to respond to clients and various editor/manufacturer supports Swiss or permit C Valid car driver's license We offer: A dynamic environment Varied work The possibility to develop your technical knowledge Responsibilities and autonomy Start date: Immediately or to be agreed Application with cover letter, copy of diplomas, work certificates, salary expectations, availability and references (Complete files PLEASE).
