Crew Member (m/f) 80% - 100 % temporary from 01.12.2026 (workplace: St. Moritz or Brig)

Tasks

• Warm and professional care of our national and international guests on board
• Competent advice for our guests as well as active recommendation of our food and beverage offering
• Ensuring a smooth service process including additional sales
• Preparation and service of drinks according to our quality standards
• Preparation and ensuring of the daily Mise en Place
• Implementation of first-class food and beverage service
• Active support of the head waiter in all service areas
• Implementation of general tidying and cleaning work to ensure a well-maintained working environment
• Consistent compliance with our quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Applications can only be considered if a valid work permit for Switzerland exists or an EU/EFTA nationality is present

Requirements

• Passionate host personality with strong service and guest orientation
• Completed training or professional experience in gastronomy, hotel management, catering, or tourism
• Flair for sales as well as strong organizational skills
• Good German and English skills; other foreign languages are an advantage
• High reliability, flexibility, and resilience, even in demanding situations
• Strong awareness of quality and enjoyment in inspiring guests
• Quick comprehension and solution-oriented mindset
• Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
• Readiness for regular overnight stays away from home as part of the assignments
