Truck Dispatcher Europe (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Planning and dispatching of transport orders in European road haulage
Organization and monitoring of import and export shipments
Route planning as well as coordination of the involved transport and customs offices
Deployment planning of carriers, service providers, and driving personnel
Negotiation of prices and conditions with carriers, partners, and customers
Collaboration with international partner freight forwarders and internal specialist departments
Creation of calculations as well as continuous optimization of transports and routes
Support and advice for customers as well as processing of special transport orders
Processing of complaints and development of sustainable solutions
Creation of invoices, delivery notes, customs documents, and other transport documents
General administrative and organizational activities

Your profile:
Completed vocational training in international freight forwarding or commercial training with corresponding professional experience
Several years of experience in European road haulage and in truck dispatching
Very good German skills, good English and French skills in spoken and written form
Strong organizational talent and enjoyment of planning and coordination
Negotiation skills in dealing with customers, carriers, and business partners
Independent, reliable, and efficient way of working
Customer-oriented and professional appearance
Good IT user skills and confident handling of digital work tools
Teamwork skills, resilience, and decisiveness
