Execution Project Manager (Section Site Manager) # Office des travaux publics | 80-100 % | Coire ## Responsible for hydraulic works and soft mobility in Grisons. We also take care of the operational maintenance of national roads within the cantonal territory. The canton's road infrastructure includes more than 1'450 engineering structures, including bridges at dizzying heights of up to 90 meters and tunnels up to 3 kilometers long. The challenges brought by the nature of our mountainous canton in both summer and winter make our work demanding and varied. We are looking for the road construction department from 1 October 2026 or by agreement for an execution project manager (section site manager) Your area of responsibility • Technical responsibility for new construction, expansion and restoration projects assigned on the main road network throughout the canton • Responsibility for the technical management, deadlines and costs of the project as well as monitoring compliance with quality requirements • Section site management for projects on the main roads of the canton • Autonomous management of demanding road and civil engineering projects in the tender and implementation phases • Coordination between planning and implementation • Technical direction of local site teams • Support to the head of section for main road construction in the field of internal quality management What we expect from you • Civil engineering degree (BSc, MSc level), project owner or equivalent training • Very good technical knowledge and several years of experience in the execution of road and civil engineering projects • Assertiveness, communication skills and personal initiative • Taste for interdisciplinary teamwork • Good IT knowledge (tendering software, MS Office) • The general working language is German, knowledge of Italian and/or Romansh is desired We look forward to receiving your application online and getting to know you.
