For our client, a Swiss SME established in the field of professional services, we are looking for an HR Manager 80-100% immediately or by arrangement. The company is characterized by great autonomy, short decision-making processes, and pragmatic collaboration. In this function, you benefit from the necessary freedom to manage the personnel department in a global manner and actively contribute to its development. The workplace in the Bern region is easily accessible.

Your tasks at the new employer

• You are autonomously responsible for all HR administration, from entry to exit, including payroll, social insurances, and personnel-related documents
• You conduct recruitments in collaboration with specialized departments and find qualified employees also through active sourcing
• You accompany and advise employees on HR matters and ensure compliance with the legal provisions of labor law
• You actively participate in the development of HR processes and the organization and bring your expertise to internal projects as well as transversal themes

You offer your new employer

• An HR professional certificate as well as commercial or economic training
• Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR function within an SME as well as knowledge in recruitment, payroll and social insurances
• Very good knowledge of German and a reliable command of digital tools complete your profile; knowledge of public procurement is an asset
• An autonomous, structured and discreet personality, with initiative and the pleasure of interacting with different interlocutors
