Scientific Collaborator for the Quality and Cost Pass-on Section (Economist)

Bern, Switzerland (and home office) \| 80-80% Your contribution <br /> • Handle legal and interdisciplinary issues concerning the enforcement of health insurance law • Accompany the implementation of the quality development measures referred to in Article 58 et seq. LAMal, in particular collaborating on the development of strategic and conceptual bases for quality development, examining quality agreements and preparing them for approval by the Federal Council • Guarantee the processes for the financing of the tasks and functioning of the Federal Commission for Quality and examine its objectives and annual reports • Accompany the implementation of the provisions on the pass-on of discounts referred to in Article 56 paragraph 3 letter b and paragraph 3bis LAMal, in particular regarding the monitoring of compliance with the pass-on obligation • Collaborate on legislative affairs and prepare reports and opinions in the sectors of quality development and the pass-on of discounts <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree (master's), preferably in business administration/economics • Good knowledge of health insurance law, the Swiss healthcare sector and interest in data analysis • Writing talent, analytical and conceptual working method • Autonomous and structured way of working with a strong sense of responsibility, communication skills and team spirit • Active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third official language <br /> In summary Are you concerned with strengthening the quality of services and patient safety?
