With immediate effect, we are looking for our customers for a

Production Planner with Team Responsibility (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You create the production program for the production plants assigned to you and ensure high delivery readiness.
• You analyze bottlenecks and derive targeted measures to improve delivery capability, manufacturing costs, and lead times.
• You optimize processes, key figures, and interfaces and contribute to the continuous further development of systems and working methods.
• You actively drive digitalization in production planning.
• You lead, develop, and coach a team of three shop floor planners.
• You help shape production planning with your own ideas and scope for design.

Your qualifications:

• Experience in production planning in an industrial environment as well as several years of leadership experience
• Technical basic training and further training in production planning, Supply Chain Management (SCM), business administration, or a comparable specialist field
• Confident use of SAP as well as common IT tools such as Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or Power Automate
• Sound knowledge of Lean and KVP principles as well as experience in project management
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Proficient German skills in spoken and written form, English skills for communication
