Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing philosophy and the nursing process • Taking on tasks as a reference person for nursing • Participation in the nursing process and in the assessment of nursing needs with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompanying doctor's visits • Taking on daily responsibility • Taking on tasks as a theme carrier for a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire station during the night shift Your profile • Completed training as a Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • Knowledge of RAI is desirable or willingness to attend these courses (paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of varied challenges • Good knowledge of German in word and writing Why Tertianum?
