Assembly Mechanic / Polymechanic

MY TASKS

• Professional assembly of piston compressors and mechanical assemblies
• Execution of demanding assembly and adjustment work on machine components
• Measuring and controlling plain bearings, crossheads and other precision components
• Execution of correction and rework tasks
• Documentation of measurements and quality controls
• Creation and maintenance of assembly sheets, checklists and work reports
• Cleaning, deburring and preparation of mechanical components
• Ensuring the specified quality and safety standards

MY PROFILE

• Completed vocational training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Landmaschinenmechaniker EFZ, Baumaschinenmechaniker EFZ or comparable mechanical training
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical assembly or industrial mechanical engineering
• Experience in the assembly of larger machines and systems is an advantage
• Knowledge in scraping and in the precise processing of machine components is an advantage
• Crane license or willingness to acquire it
• Experience with aerial work platforms and hazardous substances is an advantage
• Good PC user skills in Microsoft Office and ideally SAP
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
• Independent, reliable and quality-conscious way of working
