Welding Cobot Operator

We are looking for a lead operator for the management of a collaborative welding robot within our metal framework workshop.

Reporting to the assembly team, the main tasks of this position are:

• Install the first units of a series and prepare instructions in collaborative mode
• Load the material and launch the cobot programs
• Perform weld finishing and necessary touch-ups
• Ensure the monitoring of the part flow and production
• Control quality and perform finishing if necessary
• Contribute to the optimization of the cobot's operation
• Guarantee the safety and proper functioning of the installation
• Ensure versatility with the assembly and welding robot operator

We are looking for a person interested in technology, ideally from the world of metal construction. By nature autonomous, your logical sense gives you a global understanding of production flows, and you enjoy proposing improvements and optimizing work thanks to your curious mind. You communicate clearly and know how to collaborate effectively with the various internal teams.

In order to ensure the technical aspects of the position, you have skills in welding (manual and/or automatic), as well as in IT tools.
