Here is what you will do with us ##

• You provide technical advice to customers to meet their specific needs
• You provide technical assistance to service technicians and mechanics
• You manage technical clarifications with manufacturers and suppliers
• You guarantee the complete follow-up of processes, from the price request to the final invoicing
• You ensure the planning and preparation of work for assembly interventions

What you bring ##

• You have a CFC as a construction machine mechanic, agricultural machine mechanic, heavy goods vehicle mechanic, automation technician or an equivalent training
• You have professional experience as a mechanic on construction machines or equivalent machines
• You are highly autonomous and you enjoy contact
• You are proficient in MS Office tools
• Techno-diagnostic technician certificate or equivalent, a plus
• You are French speaking, German and English are assets
