You plan the slaughtering and butchering process in the pork sector. You coordinate capacities with the plants and flexibly adjust planning in the event of deviations or disruptions. You optimize inventory levels and clarify risks in the flow of goods. You simulate alternative scenarios, e.g., in the event of delivery delays, machine failure, or changes in demand. You work closely with production, sales, purchasing, and forwarding and actively participate in defined meetings. What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Specialization: You have training as a butcher or food technologist. Professional experience: You have several years of experience in production or supply planning, ideally in the meat or fresh food industry. You bring practical knowledge in SAP IBP as well as SAP R/3 or S/4HANA. You think analytically and in networks and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
