This is the job ##

• Advisory support for clients in the manufacturing and consumer goods industry in strategic and operational issues regarding transformation support with a focus on organizational and cultural change
• Conception and implementation of initiatives in the areas of organizational change, cultural change, learning, communication and workforce transformation for leading companies
• Development and implementation of IT strategies, operating models and transformations of IT departments with special consideration of the organizational and cultural impacts
• Management of complex transformation projects to increase efficiency, agility and digitalization with a special focus on the people, structures and culture of the organization
• Identification and utilization of new business potentials through innovative technologies and data-driven solutions as well as support for the associated changes in the organization
• Participation in business and technology transformations, including ERP, digital, AI-supported as well as operating-model transformation programs

This job is for you if ##

• You have completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, economics or a comparable field.
• You have several years of professional experience in organizational and cultural change management - ideally in management consulting or in transformation roles on the client side.
• You have already accompanied cultural and organizational development processes and know how attitude, behavior and cooperation can be changed sustainably.
• You bring experience in digital transformation projects and have a strong understanding of organizational, cultural and technological changes.
• You have already successfully accompanied changes in production, plant or shopfloor-proximate environments and in doing so bring together the different cultures of management and the operational level.
• You are familiar with common change methods and frameworks and apply them purposefully to organizational and cultural issues.
• You have business-fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form.
