WHAT YOU WILL DO : Manufacturing of fresh butter, industrial butter and butter oil Pasteurization of creams and preparation of cultures according to established protocols Respect instructions and production plan so that everything is done on time Carefully carry out cleaning of facilities and work environment according to protocols to maintain high hygiene standards Collaborate efficiently and dynamically within the team and demonstrate flexibility in schedules Be a force for proposal and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes WHAT YOU BRING : CFC as a dairy technologist or equivalent training in the dairy field Confirmed experience in cheese dairy, dairy or food industry Practical and theoretical knowledge of cheese production with skills in the use of automated facilities.
