For a modern and appreciative institution in Baselbiet, we are looking for an engaged Healthcare Specialist EFZ for the night shift on behalf of our client. In this responsible position, you will contribute significantly to ensuring that the residents feel well cared for and safe around the clock.

Tasks

• Ensuring professional, individual care and support of the residents - also in demanding situations
• Empathetic accompaniment of relatives
• Performance of medical-technical tasks according to the scope of competence
• Implementation of the nursing process including seamless nursing documentation
• Compliance with hygiene guidelines
• Support with domestic, administrative, and logistical activities

Profile

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with people with dementia is desirable
• Responsible, engaged, and independent way of working
• Creativity and joy of innovation in daily nursing care
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and a high orientation towards residents
