Zentrum Breitenstein is part of the Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung and is supported and co-financed by the municipalities of the Bezirk Andelfingen. Zentrum Breitenstein provides social services in the areas of child and adult protection, personal assistance, counseling and prevention for the population of the Bezirk Andelfingen. Zentrum Breitenstein in Andelfingen is looking for an experienced and committed Social Worker Adult Protection starting immediately or by arrangement. Together with your team, you will manage legal assistances for adults for 22 municipalities of the Bezirk Andelfingen, which have been ordered by the KESB Winterthur-Andelfingen. The self-determination and personal responsibility of the clients are always the priority. The following tasks await you: Management of mandates according to the order of the KESB, mostly with the administration of income and assets Writing of applications and reports to authorities Representation in personal, legal and financial matters Actively shaping the further development of professional legal assistance We expect from you: Completed degree in Social Work FH Professional experience in adult protection or in social assistance In-depth knowledge of private law, social insurance law and social assistance law Empathy towards people in difficult life situations Psychological resilience and flexibility as well as negotiation-level presentation skills What can you expect from us?
