To strengthen our specialized medical team, we are looking for an FMH specialist physician in psychiatry and psychotherapy from 1 October 2026 or by agreement. This position is suitable for flexible and autonomous colleagues who have completed their specialized training in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or are about to complete it). Do you enjoy varied clinical work focused on psychotherapy in hospitalization, case management, and appreciate regular exchanges with an interprofessional team? Then we look forward to your application. You can also get involved in service management and, depending on your aptitude, train to become a chief physician. In this position, you participate with the head of service in the supervision and teaching of psychologists and resident physicians responsible for cases, manage cases yourself, and coordinate psychiatric diagnosis as well as treatments. You are responsible for the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment of patients individually, for example in the service for supplementary insurers, and work in close collaboration with an interprofessional team. In the absence of the head of service, you ensure the medical management of the private service (25 beds). In addition, you assume organizational tasks such as triage, correspondence, and care agreements, support your team in continuing education, and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, internal training, and working groups. On-call services, as well as networking and public relations work, complete your varied field of activity. You possess a state diploma in medicine (CH) or an equivalent EU/EFTA qualification as well as a specialization in psychiatry and psychotherapy. In-depth knowledge in psychotherapy as well as an excellent command of German in spoken and written form are essential for this position.
