Stiftung Ulmenhof is the competence center for psychosocial support. With the experience of half a century, we will continue to shape the social-therapeutic landscape of Switzerland in the future. Around 90 employees ensure professional support for the families, adults, and children entrusted to us at three locations. As a complement to our team, we are looking for the Kinderhaus Tipi (supervised living and supervised child-parent living) in Birmensdorf as of 01.10.2026 or by arrangement for a Team Leader 70% - 90% ## For the Kaya group with children from 0-3 years old Tasks: ### In Kinderhaus Tipi, you provide the children with a conducive developmental and living space. You care for the children in an age-appropriate manner and accompany them in processing distressing experiences. You support the parents in sustainably developing their parenting skills. This occurs during parental work in Kinderhaus Tipi, as well as during family support and family activities in Begleiteten Wohnen Fischerhuus. As a team leader, you shape the personnel, organizational, and professional leadership of the group as well as the casework, with a team of around 12 employees. The interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialists, including administrative tasks and reporting, enriches this exciting field of work.
