Machine Operator-Adjuster on Haas milling machine in 2x8
Your responsibilities:
Ensure the loading of production machines, transfer and CNC
Proceed with basic adjustments of equipment to ensure conformity of parts, in accordance with control instructions
Perform changes of worn or broken tools
Take charge of common troubleshooting interventions
Ensure compliance with defined quantity and quality standards
Master the adjustment and production on all milling machines and grinders
Request validation from the workshop manager or their deputy before any production launch
Your profile:
Holder of a CFC in production mechanics or equivalent training
Experience on Haas machines and controls
Mastery of the basics of mechanics, particularly in milling and interest in working on 3-axis grinders
Confirmed practice of series changes, including adjustment of posages, grippers, clamps and tooling
Competence in setting dimensions
Rigorous, reliable profile, able to work autonomously while appreciating team spirit
Willing to work in a 2x8 team
