For our offices in Neuchâtel Technical Manager for Company Insurance For our offices in Neuchâtel, the Qualibroker Swiss Risk and Care group is looking for a: Technical Manager for Companies at 100% Your main tasks: Managing a portfolio of all-branch insurance (excluding LPP) for a clientele of large and medium-sized companies in various economic sectors, including administrative aspects (control of insurance policies, establishment of tenders and comparisons); Carrying out analysis mandates for new clients, highlighting strengths and weaknesses, Adapting and optimizing insurance coverage in relation to developments in the insurance market or the structure and activities of the companies concerned; Managing insurance contracts for our private and business clients, providing information to clients and insured parties, and monitoring claims; Tenders, establishment of comparisons; Execution of various administrative tasks; Advising clients and developing client solutions; Developing existing portfolios; Participating in cross-functional projects and implementation within the team; Monitoring the market and products; Working in a team and in collaboration with client managers and specialists; Ensuring regular exchange between the different stakeholders. Your profile: Confirmed experience with an insurance company or broker in Switzerland in a similar position; In possession of a Federal Certificate in Insurance or an equivalent diploma; otherwise, an AFA intermediary certificate is mandatory; Technical skills in all branches (excluding LPP and life) A good communicator and at ease in human relationships; Proactive, organized, and autonomous with a high sense of customer service and confidentiality; Strong customer service orientation; Marked willingness to combine efforts with those of colleagues working towards a common goal; Mastery of French, German is an asset; Place of work: Neuchâtel Activity rate: 100% Entry into function: To be agreed Why join us?
