• Independent responsibility for the control and execution of construction projects • Internal and external coordination with project participants • Invoice verification and review of construction accounting • Monitoring of construction execution until acceptance • Ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets • Contact with tradespeople, specialist planners, clients, as well as authorities

Profile:

• Completed vocational training in the construction sector • Degree as Architect FH/ETH, Technician HF Architecture, or Construction Manager HFP • Quality-oriented working • Initiative and organizational talent as well as enjoyment of the profession and team spirit • User knowledge of Office programs, possibly experience with the construction administration software MESSERLI. Knowledge of drawing programs is an advantage
