Operator Food Ingredients 100%

As an Operator or Plant Operator (m/f), you will be responsible for the operation of our modern production equipment. You will play a key role in our team and actively contribute to the development of our company. You will participate in the manufacturing of innovative food ingredients and take part in the development and implementation of sustainable processes and products, from the processing of raw materials to the finished product. Your mission: • Receive goods and control the quality of raw materials according to our standards. • Actively use and monitor our modern production facilities. • Control production parameters and adjust them proactively in order to obtain optimal results. • Guarantee irreproachable quality through rigorous controls according to internal and external standards. • Accurately document all relevant production and quality data. • Perform routine checks and small maintenance operations in order to maintain the facilities in perfect condition. • Immediately report technical defects and malfunctions to the competent department in order to ensure production continuity. • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene rules in order to guarantee a safe working environment. • Actively participate in regular safety training. Your profile: • CFC or AFP as a food technologist, milk technologist or equivalent training. • Experience in separation techniques, membrane filtration or spray drying is an asset. • Flexibility and team spirit, with availability for shift work (05H00 - 14H00) or (14H00 - 23H00) • Innovative spirit and ability to propose improvements to optimize processes. • Good technical sense. • Forklift license, an advantage.
