All payroll-relevant or insurance-related activities and coordination with social insurance partners and authorities, including year-end tasks. Contact person for stakeholders for all questions regarding social insurance, withholding tax, pension fund, time tracking, etc. Participation in various projects such as the determination of HR key figures, statistics and reports or the optimization of payroll processes and systems. Your profile Further training in payroll or social insurance is a prerequisite. A few years of experience in a similar function, advantageously in an international company. Very good knowledge of SAP HCM as well as sound experience in dealing with HR-relevant processes and interfaces. Service-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality and a proactive as well as precise way of working. Proficient German in speaking and writing as well as very good English skills, English advantageously.
