Your new job

You ensure that our raw materials, goods, and finished products are in the right place at the right time. With your organizational talent, your sense of responsibility, and your confident handling of industrial trucks, you are an important part of our supply chain and the smooth cooperation between production, warehouse, and shipping.

• Independent organization and ensuring the timely emptying of the roll runway
• Transport, provision, labeling, and quality control of products intended for shipment
• On-time and error-free loading and unloading of trucks
• Creation of freight or shuttle papers for external warehouses
• Operating the weighbridge
• Sampling and storage of raw materials according to the warehouse concept
• Management and optimization of storage spaces, especially in the pharma warehouse
• Responsibility for the emptying and disposal of waste containers
• SAP posting of delivered raw materials from internal and external warehouses
• Execution of general logistics activities in daily business
• Safe handling of hazardous goods in compliance with all regulations
• Conducting inventories in internal and external warehouses
• Ensuring and coordinating the maintenance of industrial trucks
• Support in the timely provision of empty containers & raw materials

Your knowledge, skills & experience

• Completed vocational training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ or EBA
• Several years of professional experience in logistics
• Confident handling of various types of forklifts and industrial trucks
• Valid, SUVA-recognized forklift license
• Driver's license category F or higher
• Knowledge in the area of hazardous goods; experience in a pharma environment is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good physical condition and enjoyment of an active occupation
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Ability to set priorities correctly and to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a strong hands-on mentality
