Pension Operations Specialist (m/f) 80-100%

In this versatile role, you will ensure the smooth processing of our pension processes together with your team colleagues and make an important contribution to the high service quality for our customers.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Processing entries and exits as well as other mutations
  • Processing payments, purchases, and vested benefits
  • Preparation of feasibility declarations
  • Handling divorce cases and home ownership promotion withdrawals
  • Opening of accounts, initial investments, and strategy changes for our 1e solution
  • Handling contribution matters for the affiliated customers
  • Administration of the contribution system of our affiliated companies
  • Quality and control tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training with solid further education
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in occupational pensions
  • Strong service orientation, high social competence, and communication skills
  • Responsible and goal-oriented approach
  • Structured way of working
  • Very good German skills in spoken and written form. Any additional foreign language is an advantage
