• Support in complying with all relevant requirements, including: EU GDP, GXP, national and international directives, air freight security requirements (BAZL), ISO9001/ISO14001
• Writing of SOPs, work instructions, templates and checklists
• Planning and support of internal and external audits
• Training employees on quality-related topics
• Carrying out compliance assessments and risk analyses
• Carrying out route risk assessments for road and air transport
• Participation in the qualification and monitoring of facilities and other external service providers
• Promotion of a culture of quality and compliance within the company
• Participation in the development of the quality strategy

What you bring ##

• First professional experience in the quality field of warehouse logistics as well as in road and air transport
• Good understanding of logistical processes and flows in temperature-controlled supply chains
• Knowledge of GDP / GXP transport requirements
• Experience in air freight security (BAZL)
• Acute awareness of quality and responsibilities
• Team spirit and pleasure in working in a team
• Very good knowledge of German and English
