Every day we are motivated and competent on the move in the area of the political municipality of Oberriet with 9000 inhabitants. A team of 23 employees supports our clients in nursing matters. To expand our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a FaGe EFZ or Pflegefachperson HF as Berufsbildner/in (70 - 90%) Your tasks • Care, guidance and promotion of our FaGe apprentices • Co-design and ensuring high-quality training • Nursing and care of our clients in the home environment • Interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, doctors and other specialists What you bring with you • Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or Pflegefachperson HF • Interest in the training of apprentices • Berufsbildnerkurs or willingness to complete it • Strong social and communication competence • Independent, responsible and reliable way of working • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience • Driving license category B What we offer you • Careful and structured induction • Responsible, varied and independent activity • Assumption of the function as Berufsbildner/in • Support for training and further education • Attractive employment conditions • No night shifts • Appreciative corporate culture with open communication and mutual support • Possibility to get to know our operation on a trial day Have we aroused your interest?
