In this versatile role, you will design modern reporting and analytics solutions in an interdisciplinary team and drive the automation of processes. You will work closely with our specialist departments, collect requirements and translate them into technical concepts. With your analytical thinking and technical know-how, you will contribute decisively to enabling data-based decisions in our company. Tasks & Responsibilities Creation and further development of reportings and Power BI Dashboards Automation and digitalization of processes Identification of requirements in cooperation with the specialist departments and translation into technical concepts Development of performant data models and solutions for the retrieval and provision of data Working in a highly motivated, local and global interdisciplinary team of data and analytics experts Professional Competencies You have a successfully completed degree in business administration or in the data field (or a comparable education) with corresponding practical background You have experience with Power BI incl. development in DAX and Power Query M as well as a high affinity for data and data contexts You have a pronounced understanding of business processes and connections and have experience in collaborating with specialist departments and in requirements engineering You have already successfully carried out projects in the field of automation & digitalization of processes (ideally with Power Automate & Power Apps) You have strong analytical skills and communication strength You have knowledge and experience in dealing with data queries and data transformation (e.g., SQL, ) Knowledge of SAP HANA / SAP BW is an advantage Personal Competencies You have high initiative as well as an independent and responsible way of working You have a winning and convincing personality You are able to analyze complex issues in a structured manner and develop pragmatic solutions You communicate clearly and responsibly in German and English Our Offer Take part in a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive exchange with colleagues, customers and partners.
